Yogalates combines the core strengthening and body sculpting of Pilates with the flexibility of yoga

Using breath, movement and resistance stretching, Yogalates pays particular attention to building strength in the body's core postural muscles creating "core stability".

Yogalates is a complete and comprehensive fusion of Yoga and Pilates at the cutting edge of the latest medical and scientific research into human functional movement.
It tones and strengthens the body while creating a sense of innercalm, relaxation and overall wellbeing.


Panya trained under Louise Solomon, Founder and Master teacher trainer of the Solomon Yogalates Method. She then went on to work for Louise Solomon at the Yoga Pilates Training Academy Australia. (YPTAA)
By demonstrating all exercises with beginners and advanced versions, Panya's classes are suitable for people at any level of Yoga or Pilates.
With a background in contempory dance, Panya delivers Yogalates in a fun eloquent and knowledgable manner.
