Relaxation

This casual relaxation class with Gurudaya is a great way to unwind after a busy week. Incorporating breath practice, guided deep relaxation, gong bath and meditation to relax and restore tired bodies and minds.

Gurudaya Kaur Khalsa

Gurudaya has a genuine love of Kundalini Yoga and teaches with the same passion and commitment that she has for her own practice.

She underwent her training in Sydney in 2007 and now volunteers as an assistant with the Kundalini Yoga teacher training in Melbourne. She is currently studying Remedial Massage and is also qualified as a Holistic Kinesiologist. When she's not teaching or practicing yoga she loves to spend her time singing kirtan and cooking lentils.

Gurudaya teaches on Saturdays at 8am-9:30am and on Tuesdays at 6:30-7:45am
