Develop your meditation practice in an open, freethinking and supportive atmosphere with one or both of these weekly one-hour sessions. Will suit people wishing to deepen a genuine interest in meditation as a path to relaxation, stress reduction, better health, clarity of mind and more!
The first session will start with a lightly guided 45-minute meditation, which will highlight a different practice each week, drawn from a rich and diverse range. The second session, to suit more experienced meditators, will be unguided, allowing people the freedom to use a meditation practice of their own choosing. At the end of each session, each participant will have the opportunity to share their experience, commenting on what they observed physically and mentally during the process.
Each one-hour session is self-contained and participants may choose to attend one or both. Attendance is on a casual or drop-in basis, but the sessions will be structured around a 12-week series of meditation practices.
Please bring your own meditation cushion/bench. Some chairs may be available.
