Melissa is a Kundalini Yoga teacher, transpersonal counsellor, corporate meditation instructor and reiki practitioner. Her own journey with yoga began over seven years ago, but it was only by surrendering to the 'kundalini way' that she truly understood the transformation and clarity possible from true spiritual practice.
Melissa is passionate about sharing her practice with others, and aims to create a space in her classes where students from all backgrounds and levels of experience can come and connect with their truth.
Ravi Har / Melissa teaches on Thursdays at 6:30-7:45pm.
Gurudaya Kaur Khalsa
Gurudaya has a genuine love of Kundalini Yoga and teaches with the same passion and commitment that she has for her own practice.
She underwent her training in Sydney in 2007 and now volunteers as an assistant with the Kundalini Yoga teacher training in Melbourne. She is currently studying Remedial Massage and is also qualified as a Holistic Kinesiologist. When she's not teaching or practicing yoga she loves to spend her time singing kirtan and cooking lentils.
Gurudaya teaches on Saturdays at 8am-9:30am and on Tuesdays at 6:30-7:45am.
She also leads, every Saturday, from 5:30am-7:30am the Aquarian Sadhana practice. This consists of an hour of yoga practice and then an hour of chanting to prepare for the Aquarian Age. Its a wonderful meditative and transformative practice, suitable for anyone working on self.
