A 5 week course of yoga classes for you to embrace the ebb & flow of energy during the first year of mothering.
Hatha/Vinyasa Yoga

A faster paced yoga session aimed at strengthening ad perification.  This class focuses on moving from one pose to the next in sequences, co-ordinating movement with your breath.


Meditation for Preganacy

A six week course of guided relaxation and meditation sessions to help ease your way though pregnancy in preparation for childbirth.

Core Yoga
Drawing upon traditional aspects of Hatha yoga, meditation and pranayama while improving your vitality, endurance, flexibility and core strength to harmonize your body, mind and spirit.
