Teenie Weenie Yoga Course with Rachel Hanrahan
5 wk courses commence Modays 1-2pm on
1 March; 12 April

A specialist class for the new bundles of joy containing unique yoga asanas designed to support baby’s development and enhance parent and baby bonding.  Help calm, nurture, and improve baby’s sleep.  The yoga class is designed for babies up to about 10 months or crawling.

Frequently Asked Questions

Whats the difference between Teenie Weenie Yoga
and Buddha Babes Yoga?
Teenie Weenie yoga focuses on the babies movement and development and Buddha Babes focuses more on the mother returning to yoga.

Is my baby the right age to attend?
This course is terrific for mums of babies who are 6 weeks of age up until they are sitting independently.
What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is a bunny rug for your baby to lie on during the class.
When does it run?
Each course will be run on Monday from 1 to 2pm.

What if I miss a class?
For each 5 week course, you can make up 1 extra class in the following course.  If you think you may miss 2 or more classes, we suggest you attend on a casual basis ($18.50), availability of casual places will be subject to class size.  
Can I join part way through a course?
Yes, you can join part way through the course, places are subject to class size.  
Twins?  
Yes, we will be delighted to welcome a set of twins in each course!  
Is it social?
This is a great class to meet other like minded women.  There is always opportunity to chat together.  
Morning Tea Sessions
for Bellies and Babes!
Come and share morning tea, pregnancy tips, birth stories and mothering experiences.
These are held on the 6th wk of courses!

Rachel Hanrahan

Rachel Hanrahan is a certified Hatha Yoga teacher with an interest in yoga for children and babies.  Rachel brings a fresh and imaginative approach to teaching ‘teenie weenie ‘yoga to engage both mothers and their babies.  Being a new mother herself she has first hand experience of the benefits, fun and joy of sharing yoga and how it builds magical lasting memories.
