Enjoy nourishing breathing and deep relaxation techniques to nurture yourself throughout pregnancy, childbirth and motherhood.
Come and immerse yourself in uplifting and inspiring meditation classes. Here you’ll learn to cultivate trust in your birth process and reconnect with the wisdom inherent in your pregnant body. Gift yourself with time to prepare yourself physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually for the transformative experience of birthing your baby and becoming a mother.
We’ll explore lots of lush, deep relaxation and guided visualisation techniques enriched with delightful imagery to help you build faith in your body and ignite your birthing wisdom.
These classes are designed to compliment your childbirth education classes; are of great benefit for first-time mothers and an excellent refresher for women who have birthed. Whether you’re a novice or experienced in yoga these sessions offer a fresh perspective on active birth.
If you'd like to continue to practice yoga with Nina after your baby has arrived, mamas are very welcome to join these classes, the themes we work with are universally of benefit to pregnancy & mothering.

Nina Isabella, founder of mamashanti yoga for birth :: birth support is a devoted mother, prenatal yoga teacher, independent childbirth educator, birth attendant (doula), and passionate advocate for reclaiming women’s trust in their innate wisdom to birth and raise their children consciously.
For Nina, teaching prenatal yoga is deeply informed by her own experience of pregnancy and birth; and most recently by her work as a birth attendant. Nina brings the wisdom gained from these experiences and applies them directly to her teaching. All of Nina's classes and workshops are designed to empower, inform and inspire you to embrace the glorious journey of birth and motherhood.
